Premium veterinary equipment for clinics, equine barns, and animal care professionals across the United States.
Relcio is operated by ZLAY LTD., a New York corporation founded in 2017, serving veterinary clinics, equine barns, and animal care professionals across the United States from our office in San Angelo, Texas.
Our team brings 15 years of experience in medical equipment development and cross-border supply — including 10 years as a product development lead, where we handled everything from component sourcing and device calibration to quality control and regulatory documentation.
We are not resellers dropping whatever a distributor sends us. We build a brand around products we would put in our own clinic.
For over a decade, we watched this industry from the inside. Small clinics and barns were paying 2 to 3 times the fair price for ultrasound units, monitors, and infusion pumps — not because the equipment was worth it, but because the supply chain was stacked: manufacturer → importer → regional distributor → sales rep → you.
After-sales service was slow, parts were hard to source, and nobody at the end of the line really knew how the machines worked.
We started Relcio to cut out the middle. Source directly from factories that pass our own audit, price them honestly, and stand behind every unit from our Texas office.
We traveled to 12 cities across major medical equipment manufacturing hubs in China, Germany, Vietnam, and Singapore. We audited 30 factories in person — walked production lines, checked calibration labs, tested devices side by side, and interviewed quality control managers.
Out of those 30, we kept only 2.
Two factories that consistently met our standards on image quality, electrical safety, build quality, and after-sales parts availability. We don’t have a long list of “approved vendors” — we have a short list we actually trust.
We don’t add products to our catalog on a whim. We don’t chase trends or flood the store with thousands of SKUs. Every single product goes through hands-on testing and verification — image quality, build, real-world performance — before we ever offer it to you. If we wouldn’t use it in our own clinic, it doesn’t make the cut.
A two-veterinarian practice was quoted over $12,000 for a new ultrasound — out of their budget. They ordered our wireless color Doppler unit. In the first month, they used it on 17 cattle pregnancy checks and 9 abdominal exams on dogs and cats. The unit paid for itself faster than expected.
The stable added equine PEMF therapy as a paid recovery service for their clients. In the first quarter, they reported reduced rehab time for four off-track thoroughbreds and steady monthly recurring revenue from barn clients.
They were running on a 10-year-old infusion pump that kept alarming mid-procedure. They replaced it with our veterinary infusion pump and added our multiparameter monitor for their dental suite. Setup took under 30 minutes — no downtime issues since.
